No problem. If you move or cancel service prior to receiving all the savings Billshark negotiated, just let us know. We'll refund you a prorated amount of your bill to reflect only the savings you used. Just email help@billshark.com a copy of the disconnect notice/receipt from your provider and we'll take care of it.
